About the role:
Infinium Venture Studio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Product Manager to lead the product development and strategy for our portfolio companies. As a Middle Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our ventures, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive the development of innovative products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring product success and user satisfaction.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the overall business goals of our portfolio companies and the venture studio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Champion a user-centric mindset within the product team, driving a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and track product performance.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, user onboarding, and marketing campaigns.
- Establish feedback loops with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and continuously improve products.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record of 4+ years of consistently successful product management experience in a dynamic startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including agile and lean practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and lead teams toward innovative solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
